Warranty & Return information

Customer inquires are considered for warranty replacement or repair, at the discretion of Forsch Performance Inc., all products must be returned, with Original Proof of Purchase, to Forsch via Pre-Paid freight by customer unless agreed upon otherwise. Eligibility for warranty consideration shall be verified with corrective action required upon visual inspection of presumed defective product. Forsch shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to, installation labor charges, freight, or loss of use or damage to vehicle or other property, or injury to operator, passengers, or others.
Digital pictures and the original Receipt are required, to assist in promptness of verification of possible defective items.

All of our exhaust systems are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 2 years. This does cover finishes such as plating, or painted surfaces with adhesion and or rust. This shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the faulty components, which may be proven defective under normal use. Chipping or marking of surfaces due to road-rash or damage due to disassembly or swapping of baffles is not covered. We will not warranty any system that has been abused, improperly installed, or modified. We recommend professional installation. A copy of your purchase invoice must also be provided. Modified motorcycles are subject to review as poor tuning and or excessive power may result in damage to the exhaust finishes and may not be covered by any warranty.

Dealers are not authorized to make dispositions binding upon Forsch Performance. We will not be responsible for any labor charges incurred in removing or replacing any system under warranty. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization form and a copy of the purchase invoice. Parts being returned without the return authorization may be refused upon arrival.
